We are trying to get things back in order as quickly as possible as we apologize for anyone who saw the unpleasant things that were posted here temporarily. Our gallery was destroyed. I'm a French writer. I'm writing poetry, novels, reflexions and anything that have words in it (excluding calligrams, i'm a terrible drawer). [Francais] NaNoWriMo 2013 : Bilan et Auto-Critique

Quand je me suis lancé dans le NaNoWriMo 2013, je n'était pas du tout convaincu de passer le quatrième jour. La tâche me semblait assez dure par rapport à la longueur, mais aussi par rapport à ma motivation. J'ai déjà tenté deux-trois fois de commencer des projets de romans, mais je finissais toujours par les délaisser. Vingt-six jours plus tard, j'avais fini en écrivant tous les jours au moins mille mots. La poésie telle qu'on l'a connait prend beaucoup de formes. Rimes ou prose, mathématique ou anarchique, et il est même arrivé que les mots ne se tiennent littéralement pas droit, grâce à Apollinaire et ses calligrammes. A cause de cette typologie, et on ne s'en rend pas vraiment compte, le terme de poésie n'a, de prime abord, aucune signification. Certes, les dictionnaires le désignent comme l'art de faire des vers, mais ces "vers", comme insinués précédemment, sont parfois inexistants (dans les formes qui arrangent bien lesdits dicos) La "poésie des dictionnaires" ne regroupe guère que tout ce qui est trop synthétisé pour être une fable, u

We're glad to have you as a member and look forward to seeing your contributions!

We also hold a lot of contests with great prizes, so keep your eye out for them! We are currently preparing for our fourth annual writing tournament, the details will be announced in the group journal soon.

Additionally, we also hold monthly features for published authors. If you have published any of your writing in a manner in which it can be purchased online, please send a note to the group so we can arrange to feature you!

We also have a Critique Program for our members to submit to and receive detailed feedback on their work from our admin team.

We’re also helping to promote a program called Synergy, which is hosted by our affiliate, #Live-Love-Write. The Synergy program is designed to provide participants with somebody they can count on for help and readership. Participants are assigned in pairs and each member will tutor, inspire, critique, and help each other. Pairs will also be given a monthly challenge to collaborate together on; we keep the assignments manageable so they can be fun all the time. Signups will reopen in the beginning of November!
